Service Description
The workshops help put clear, accurate but simple words around a topic that can feel awkward at home. The content is explained in a calm and respectful environment. Girls come away feeling reassured and informed; more confident continuing the conversation with their grown-ups. Parents find the workshop just as helpful and valuable as their daughters - it gives them language they did not realise they were missing. The sessions create a shared understanding - mums and girls are able to say, ''now we know.''

Cancellation Policy
1. Service Description: the service consists of a 2-hour class focused on menstrual education for adolescent girls and parents, designed to demystify menstrual health, empower individuals with self-confidence, and break taboos surrounding menstruation. 2. Safeguarding: we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. As part of the policy to ensure the safety and well-being of children accessing our services, the service provider is DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked. All children must be accompanied by a trusted adult. 3. Payment: full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation for the class. The price is the same for adults and children. It is required to purchase at least two tickets [one adult + one child] to attend a workshop. 4. Cancellations and Refunds: cancellations are allowed up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled class time for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours of the scheduled class. 5. Rescheduling: rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. 6. No-Shows: in case of a no-show without prior cancellation, no refund will be allowed. 7. Liability: parents are responsible for their own health and safety during the class; they are also responsible for the health and safety of their children. The service provider is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the class. 8. Modifications to Terms: the service provider reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes. By booking and paying for the class, you agree to these terms and conditions.
